This site is owned and operated by Engagency, LLC (hereinafter "ENGAGENCY", "we", "us", or "our"). No material from WhatsUpChattanooga.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by ENGAGENCY may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you will update your account information on WhatsUpChattanooga.com within 48 hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be in the District Court for Hamilton County, Tennessee or in the United States Federal Court for the State of Tennessee. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Definitions of Types of Information
