This site is owned and operated by Engagency, LLC (hereinafter "ENGAGENCY", "we", "us", or "our"). No material from WhatsUpChattanooga.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by ENGAGENCY may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only. Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be in the District Court for Hamilton County, Tennessee or in the United States Federal Court for the State of Tennessee. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Definitions of Types of Information
