This FREE family event will take place beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ross’s Landing, where attendees can browse through a mini Holiday Market featuring 20 arts and crafts vendors from the Chattanooga Market to find unique gifts while enjoying warm food and drink concessions. At 7:00 p.m. crowds will witness the 29th annual lighted boat parade, featuring a fleet of boats decorated for the holiday season parading between Veteran’s Bridge and
Following the lighted boat parade, the fun continues with a downtown lighting extravaganza at Ross’s Landing, featuring lively song and dance performances by the Lindsay Fussell Dancers from the Chattanooga Theatre Centre and the Center for Creative Arts’ Choo Choo Kids. Then the popular singing Santa will take the stage to dazzle the audience with an enthusiastic performance and illuminate 130 downtown buildings for the season. A glittering fireworks finale will bring the evening to a colorful conclusion at 8:50 p.m.
